Holly is a 22+ year Healthcare Sales Executive, with experience at premiere organizations. As an executive and leader, she has led a wide variety of teams across industries to best-in-class business performance (Mayo Clinic, Center for Diagnostic Imaging (now Rayus), Alliance Healthcare Services (now Akumin).

Coaching is not a business buzzword to Holly. She lives it every day. After playing collegiate basketball for North Dakota State University, she coached Division I Women’s Basketball, led and inspired by three Hall of Fame coaches during her basketball experiences. Holly was also a metropolitan Minneapolis/St. Paul (MN) District Athletic Director (St. Louis Park, MN), working with athletes, coaches and parents in 26 sports.
 

Holly uses storytelling and humor along with her decades of successful professional experience to inspire and engage her audiences in the content and learning. Her commitment to coaching is rooted in the belief that bringing out people’s maximum potential in their work and life truly helps them become more satisfied in their existence. Her unique outlook and perspectives have been built on the rural farm lessons and stories that emerged on her family’s North Dakota farm and ranch, in coaching/leading
athletics, and her work with hundreds of business professionals over the years.

Holly holds a Master’s in Education from North Carolina State University. She lives at her lake home in Northwestern Wisconsin.
